| Chris suddenly felt mildly embarrassed, in which he should. But he'd never experienced things like parties and 'social events.' Hell, he'd even tried to stop some of them before with his family. He had no family now, though. A pang filled his chest once more, a nagging beating of his heart as it continued to throb, even though it wasn't sure if it should. He wanted to try those things. Get high and drunk, and have a horrible hangover the next day and just sleep. Go to school and learn about things that wasn't prominent to his life at all. Prank some girls, get bullied, get into fights. He missed the fights. Elijah's concern for him wasn't going to stop him. "Yes." His voice was stern, his glare unequal to anything but a leader. Elijah had to listen to him. He was still in charge, right? "I don't care about a wife." He growled, his temper rising as he saw the blush in Elijah's cheeks. He took that as rage, and not anything else, between him. Grabbing Elijah's wrist, his intense gaze didn't falter. | |

| Stars slowly ceasing from her eyes, Harley felt a dull throbbing in her foot, but the shock was taking over her at the moment. Deciding to not look at her foot, she felt the grass stick to the blood and shivered as she tried to get up. Looking over ay Jay, with her senses intensified, she heard their clinking of guns. They just turned the safety off. "I'm fine!" She screamed, quickly assessing the information. Her own blood smelled sickly sweet, and not pleasurable at all. Crinkling her nose, she grabbed his wrist and pulled herself up. Flapping her wings wildly to stay afloat in the air and not have to hurt her foot any farther, she awkwardly pulled him. Her strength was more prominent than before, but most of her strength came in her wings. The loud flaps of feathers hitting O2 [I've been in Chem too long..] felt energizing, but right now wasn't the time to reminisce. She darted, pulling Jay with her. | |

| Chris: elijah u litle bich les go & get hi do i hav 2 say eet agan e-e ))
Elijah's gaze faltered into a mixture between surprise and reclusiveness. It looked for a moment he was going to whimper or draw back. But he didn't. By now Elijah knew Chris well enough to not care whatever he decided to pull- even after the boating incident, he learned not to be fazed, and if he was, then to drop it. He understood his temper enough to push it decently. He drew his hand back and away from Chris's hold, giving him a good glare in it's place. Chris seemed oddly curious about the insanity that was the teenage life (or at least, the normal teenage life), but Elijah had already had his fair share of annoyance from such. He didn't like it, to say the least. Brought up in a family more worried about education than anything else, it seemed Albeart was the only rebellious one of the group, in which he would often bring Elijah out to be his designated driver. That was alright. The young man used to not hate it as much, and usually just sat alone or with one other person waiting for his older brother to finish his excitement whilst sipping on an alcoholic beverage or two. Becoming older is when he grew to dispise it- the smoke hurt his lungs, the people hurt his head, and the music hurt his ears. With occasions he'd even find the company of a sweet girl who attempted to make talk with him, but he was a little clueless, and would rarely realize she was doing so just to get in bed with him (humorously, Albeart would signify Elijah'd be a better girl than anything). Realizing he was staring dumbly at Chris, Elijah quickly shook his head, and glared at him, making a quick, embarrassed tch sound. "Look, Fine." he hissed, narrowing his eyes. "Do whatever you want, just don't turn out, ehh, like them." he quieted for a moment, realizing he sounded like an overly protective but dubious younger brother (he was none of those things), and frowned, his glare returning fully so that he could grit his teeth angrily. "And don't grab my hand!" he retorted hastily, not wanting to look as though he put up with the super's tone.
